In business for 20 years in Saint-André-Avellin, Martin Crépeau, owner of MC Informatique, and his sidekick Mathieu Grosleau will continue to offer the same technical support that have made their reputation, as IT technicians at the Internet service provider.
Both local businesses had been considering an alliance for several years. With the various IT and telework-related needs boosted during the Covid-19 crisis, MC Informatique struggled to supply on demand. This is what determined Martin Crépeau to take the leap. By benefiting from Internet Papineau’s call center and administrative structure, the two technicians will be able to concentrate 100% of their expertise on service calls.
Soon, MC Informatique and Internet Papineau will bring their teams together under one roof, in an imposing area of Plaisance, in the heart of the RMC. This alliance now makes it possible to offer all local residential, commercial and institutional customers a more extensive and diversified range of services: sale and repair of computer equipment, installation of structured cabling and installation and sale of IP telephone systems and surveillance cameras for example.
